Welcome to Rapid Genetics & Wellness Testing. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services Offered
Rapid Genetics & Wellness Testing provides mobile and on-site wellness testing, DNA testing (including legal and immigration testing), hormone panels, food sensitivity testing, and general health screenings. All services are outsourced to certified partner laboratories.
Medical Disclaimer
Our testing services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Test results should be reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider for interpretation and guidance. We do not provide medical advice.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or have a parent/guardian consent to book services for a minor. Legal guardians must be present for any testing involving minors.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment confirms your appointment and allows us to reserve your testing materials.
Accepted forms of payment: debit, credit, and approved mobile payment systems.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
No-shows for mobile appointments may be ineligible for refunds.
Rescheduling is allowed one time per booking.
Refunds
All sales are final once the sample has been collected or submitted to the lab. If services are canceled before the sample is collected and with adequate notice, refunds (minus processing fees) may be issued.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All test results and personal information are stored securely and shared only with authorized parties as required by law or with your written consent. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more.
Results Turnaround
Test result turnaround times vary by test type and partner lab. Most wellness tests return results within 3–7 business days. DNA testing results may take up to 10 business days. Delays due to lab processing are not under our control.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or interpretation of test results. By using our services, you agree to hold Rapid Genetics & Wellness Testing harmless from any claim related to testing outcomes.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately when posted on our website.
