Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyAt Rapid Genetics & Wellness Testing, our goal is to provide convenient, timely service to every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy is in place:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount with no refund.

Appointments can be rescheduled once at no charge if 24 hours’ notice is given.

Repeated rescheduling or cancellations may result in future bookings being denied.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and fair use of our mobile wellness testing services, we have established the following cancellation and refund policies.

Cancellation Timeframe

All appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled testing time.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

No-shows: will be charged the full price of the scheduled service and will not be eligible for a refund.

Clients may reschedule: one time at no charge, provided adequate notice is given.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more in advance, the client is eligible for a full refund (minus payment processing fees if applicable).

If a lab test is unable to be completed due to error on our end or from the lab, we will either provide a full refund or offer a free retest.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval and will be returned via the original method of payment.

Exceptions

Refunds and reschedules will not be granted in the following cases:

Failure to be present at the scheduled time (no-show)

Providing incorrect personal or health information

Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling

Refusal to proceed at the time of sample collection without valid reason
